No matter which of the many different editions of Mortal Kombat 1 players choose to buy they’ll still get to experience the game’s unique, universe-reshaping storyline. For the series’ most hardcore fans, or simply those with some cash to burn and an empty space on a shelf already brimming with gaming gear, the Mortal Kombat 1 Kollector’s edition may be impossible to pass up. It keeps getting bigger, better and more polished so bring on the full MK roster and more story. ![]() Really looking forward to what's up their sleeve next as it seems there may be more room for another expansion and that's not a bad thing. Unless you are absolutely unable to enjoy fighting games there is absolutely no reason not to add this expansion to bundle to your Xbox One library. If you're a fan of the original this is a no brainer and if you're somewhat interested in it you can pick up the bundle of all the content for the price of a normal retail game with no content expansions which originally would have cost you nearly 3 times the price of today. Warner Brothers had an amazing fighter before, and took upon that expanded it and made it that much deeper and polished. With the weapons and accessories now upgradeable to level 3 and the game constantly evolving. Everything here is polished and deeper than previously not just the story mode. Aside from that you receive additional arenas (I personally fell in love immediately with the retro studio / arcade arenas as a long time fan of the Franchise. The story mode will take just about 3 hours and without putting any spoilers in this can result in 6 hours of play based on wanting to play ultimately to one side or the other obtaining the power and MK universe in the end and the results that ensue.
